Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable generative AI solutions that elevate our customer care experience using advanced LLMs, natural language processing, and ML tools.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, PMs, and CX stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of chatbot features across the Robinhood ecosystem.
- Experiment with and prototype new capabilities, driving improvements in response quality, reliability, and personalization.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation, learning, and high-impact delivery.
- Champion best practices around testing, monitoring, security, and compliance in all AI initiatives.
