Requirements
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Experience in managing small teams, supervising work and developing people.
- Experience in effectively dealing with customer escalations and driving resolutions to complex technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage a sub-team in DV3 reporting, providing technical leadership and directions.
- Lead the design and implementation of reporting features to support DV3 launches.
- Ensure the long-term health, maintainability, and evolution of the reporting infrastructure to support DV3’s continuous growth.
- Identify key technical risks and opportunities, evaluate complex trade-offs, and drive consensus on technical direction among senior stakeholders.
- Mentor team members to develop and grow their skills, and shape the high performance culture.
Other
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
