Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend, infrastructure, or full stack software engineering
- Proficiency in backend frameworks (Node.js, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails, FastAPI, Spring Boot)
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus for full stack roles
- Strong experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Java, or Ruby
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable software applications and backend services
- Develop APIs, microservices, and cloud architectures to power modern products
- Optimize databases, caching layers, and distributed computing environments
- Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate systems and enhance user experiences (if applicable)
- Work with founders and product teams to align engineering strategy with business needs
- Ensure security, performance, and reliability of core applications
- Establish best practices for software development, DevOps, and CI/CD workflows
