PsiQuantum is on a mission to build the first real, useful quantum computers, capable of delivering the world-changing applications that the technology has long promised. This requires building a system with roughly 1 million qubits that supports fault tolerant error correction within a scalable architecture, and a data center footprint. The Staff Supply Chain Materials Planner and Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring efficient planning, procurement, and management of materials to support production and NPI project requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong ERP systems background, preferably with Netsuite or similar.
  • Proven experience with analytics tools (Tableau, Excel, etc).
  • Deep understanding of supply chain principles, forecasting, and inventory management in both an in-house and outsourced manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience establishing new processes in both early stage and established organizations.
  • Strong experience with NPI materials planning.
  • Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain material requirements plans to support NPI and production build plans.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks, shortages, or excesses through proactive planning.
  • Partner with engineering and procurement to ensure materials readiness to support new product introductions and engineering changes.
  • Establish accurate item master data management, lead times, and other MRP parameters.
  • Monitor material readiness with outsourced contract manufacturing partners.
  • Build and establish dashboards, reporting and metrics for material availability and supplier performance.
  • Support ERP system enhancements and standardize reporting processes for supply chain operations.

Other

  • 8+ Years in supply chain management, materials planning, procurement or data analytics roles in high tech and/or startup companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
