Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines across multiple skill sets, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent for current and future roles.
Execute innovative sourcing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, X, GitHub, and niche communities to engage passive and active candidates.
Lead sourcing projects, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage timelines to meet recruitment goals efficiently.
Stay ahead of industry trends by adopting and integrating new AI tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment technologies.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with organizational needs and diversity goals.
Other
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7-10+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with a focus on AI-driven and data-informed strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sourcing projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
