Requirements
- Advanced experience in statistical analysis, test design, and experimentation.
- Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, QuickSight, Looker), and scripting languages (Python, R).
- Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to construct impactful visualizations, communicate insights, and influence leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable services and tools.
- Write clean and performant code.
- Mentor engineers on the team to produce high quality code with code reviews and learning sessions.
- Collaborate with your teammates, designers, and stakeholders to deliver features and solutions that add business value and delight our customers.
Other
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applying quantitative and scientific methods to solve real-world business problems.
- A proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity.
