Requirements
- 5+ years of UX research experience in product organizations.
- Expertise in generative and evaluative methods, across both qualitative and quantitative research.
- Experience researching AI/ML-powered experiences (e.g., trust, explainability, human-AI collaboration).
- Hands-on experience with speech, multimodal, or conversational interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead mixed-methods research that uncovers how patients and providers interact with care before, between, and after sessions.
- Blend qualitative and quantitative methods to deliver actionable insights, translating research into a strategy that guides product, design, engineering, and data science teams.
- Explore how AI can meaningfully enhance access, engagement, and outcomes across the patient journey.
- Design and execute end-to-end generative and evaluative research that informs roadmap and design decisions.
- Drive cross-functional research programs tied to Rula’s company-level AI experience strategy.
- Become a trusted advisor to leadership and product teams on the most complex patient experience questions.
