The company is seeking a Standard Products Division Manager to lead their Portable Fire Extinguisher and Pre-Engineered Systems divisions, focusing on improving daily operations, managing teams, driving growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years in fire protection services (extinguishers/pre-engineered systems).
- 2+ years in leadership or operations management.
- Strong NFPA/code knowledge and project management skills.
- Proven success in developing people and driving process improvements.
- P&L experience and software proficiency (Inspect Point, Microsoft Office) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead operations for extinguishers and pre-engineered systems (kitchen, industrial, vehicle).
- Supervise and mentor field technicians and managers.
- Develop training programs and promote career advancement.
- Oversee projects, service agreements, and division performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, AHJ requirements, and OSHA safety.
- Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to streamline operations and grow business.
