Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Python and/or R. Experience with agentic AI is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with data management and interpretation, including use of AI/ML in creative problem solving for complex datasets.
- Must be able to communicate methodology and findings at varying levels of expertise.
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and describe relevant uncertainties in datasets and how they relate to business questions.
- Ability to distill complex insights.
- Microsoft Office skills (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred).
Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains data frameworks for analyzing data.
- Design, execute, and validate data analysis using standard and novel methods, including traditional statistical methods as well as AI/ML frameworks.
- Interprets results identifying trends and patterns in complex datasets. Presents clear insights and rationale to WCG management.
- Presents clear summaries of project status and results to WCG management.
- Develops project-specific SOPs and manages project documentation and meeting minutes.
- Collaborates in the development and delivery of data analysis packages for client data services; reviews written reports.
- Creates and maintains internal and client-facing presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio for client deliverable applying understanding of our data frameworks.
