Leverages advanced and specialized physics research expertise to test and analyze physical phenomena, conduct and shape R&D programs, and to support S&T client challenges at Booz Allen
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with developing design of experiments (DoEs) and data analysis
- 5+ years of experience with programming using R
- 5+ years of experience with MATLAB, Mathematica, or Python
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies, including regression, DoE and experimental design, mathematical statistics and statistical inference, survival analysis, categorical data analysis, or multivariate statistics
- 5+ years of experience with JMP
- Experience with electronic and electrical systems such as vehicles, outboard motors, UAS, or USV
- Experience with RF data acquisition and analysis
Responsibilities
- Develops, analyzes, and tests data sets
- Collaborates with other engineers when necessary
- Applies advanced skills or extensive technical expertise and collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into practical solutions
- Develops innovative solutions to complex problems
- Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members
- Conduct and shape R&D programs
