The Visual Associate helps create an inviting store environment by setting visual displays and presentations that align with brand standards, engage customers, and drive sales.
Requirements
- Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems.
- 1+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising
- Ability to carry props, climb ladders, measure, and assemble visual elements/hang signage at heights.
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 50lbs.
- Ability to work with paint, climb ladders, carry props, and work with visual elements at heights.
Responsibilities
- Complete visual installations and floor setup timely and effectively, following visual merchandising directives, setup/takedown dates, planograms, brand guidelines, and presentation standards.
- Execute daily store visual maintenance, displays, accent lighting adjustments, dressing of mannequins, and use of additional visual elements to elevate presentations.
- Organize and properly store visual collateral, signage, mannequins, hardware, tools, and other visual elements to promote efficiency.
- Maintain daily presentation standards by replenishing merchandise, verifying signage placement, supporting store recovery efforts, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Leverage training tools, use resources, and embrace feedback to build visual merchandising skills, boost product knowledge, and strengthen performance.
- Stay informed of products, promotions, policies, and special events to enhance execution.
- Demonstrate adaptability and respond to changing circumstances, adjusting tactics and shifting focus based on evolving business needs.

- Enhance in-store customer experience by warmly acknowledging and assisting customers, supporting the store during peak traffic and coverage periods, and completing other tasks as assigned.
