Mint Cannabis is looking for a Developer with a strong focus in Strapi CMS who's ready to jump in, build clean digital experiences, and help streamline the systems that keep their fast-growing brand moving.
Requirements
- Experience working with Strapi CMS
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills
- Familiarity with REST and/or GraphQL APIs
- Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
Responsibilities
- Build, customize, and maintain Strapi CMS components, APIs, and content structures
- Develop clean, scalable backend logic using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
- Support integrations between Strapi and internal/external systems
- Troubleshoot CMS issues and optimize performance, security, and usability
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to support publishing workflows
- Assist with front-end components as needed (React, Next.js, or similar)
- Document technical changes, updates, and best practices

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
