Atlassian is seeking to inform its Cloud Migration strategy by providing actionable insights for its Migrations Ops, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
- Highly proficient in SQL and relational databases.
- More than 4 years of expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Skilled at generating insights and crafting compelling narratives from data.
- Demonstrated ability to translate analysis into well-written content.
- Experienced in advising and presenting to senior executives and serving as a strategic thought partner.
Responsibilities
- Become a trusted partner to leaders across Migrations Ops, Sales, Engineering and Product by sharing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to advance Cloud Migrations goals.
- Develop data visualizations and communicate clear takeaways to guide Cloud Migration performance and influence key decisions.
- Create executive readouts that demonstrate a deep understanding of business needs, company objectives and target audience.
- Foster alignment with cross-functional leaders through compelling storytelling and expert data analysis.
- Translate stakeholder pain points into easy-to-navigate, self-serving dashboards that align with company goals.
- Promote dashboard adoption through clear documentation, walkthroughs, and effective communication channels.
- Lead metric definition using decision-making frameworks that evaluate the pros and cons of various scenarios.
