Emerson's Test & Measurement business group (NI) needs to grow its semiconductor Power, Optical, & Wafer (POW) test business globally, by developing and executing a test strategy leading towards profitable and sustainable revenue growth while expanding the addressable market.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor production test and/or reliability test.
- Experience in working with multifaceted cultures & countries, as part of a global organization
- Sales, business development, product management, technical marketing experience appreciated.
- Proven ability to manage and build up cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in creating growth strategies and driving adoption of technical products and solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor production test industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a test strategy leading towards profitable and sustainable revenue growth while expanding our addressable market.
- Guide Business Development Managers globally as they interact with NI Sales team, build customer relationships, and prioritize production test opportunities.
- Guide Corporate Business Managers (BM) through the process of gathering and documenting market requirements for products and solutions as part of the market segment strategy.
- Guide System Architects (SA) as they refine market requirements into system and product level requirements which can be handed off to R&D.
- Establish a desired roadmap to meet long and short-term strategies and interlock roadmap with R&D and the Program Steering Group (PSG) through an established process.
- Work closely with R&D and other BLLs to prioritize R&D time towards new roadmap items in addition to incoming customer concerns/issues with current NI solutions.
- Provide multi-year forecast and be accountable for driving the business to meet that forecast.

- Travel: This role is expected to travel internationally as customers & partners are located around the globe. 40% travel expectations.
