WebBank is looking to solve the problem of implementing new products with its Strategic Partners, requiring a Program Manager to lead the execution of the New Product implementation process.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the current banking regulatory environment is required.
- Experience with FinTech, consumer lending, bank cards, or small business lending.
- Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., FDIC, UDFI) is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Bank's Existing Partner New Product implementation process from the initial phase through Product launch.
- Oversee the approval processes of both internal and external checklists to ensure deliverables are completed satisfactorily and milestones are met.
- Support and participate in weekly implementation calls for the review and discussion of product deliverables.
- Interact cross-functionally with internal departments (Compliance, SP, Credit, Finance, etc) to ensure appropriate levels of awareness and timely review of deliverables.
- Provide initial review of program materials (e.g., SP policies, marketing materials, credit policy, etc.).
- Support the VP and PM's in managing the submission of launch materials to internal approval committees, including documentation of follow-up items as needed.
- Support and produce regular reporting for executive-level awareness into the process and key updates related to New Product implementations.
Other
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of banking (or related) experience, 10 years of banking (or related) experience, or a post-graduate degree with 3 years of banking (or related) experience.
- Good people-management and interactive skills, including the ability to work well in a team or individually.
- Assertive self-starter, with exceptional professional verbal/written skills, who is highly organized and able to work independently to finish assigned projects.
- Ability to analyze complex issues with strong attention to detail; identify and drive strategic solutions.
- Skill in coordinating with other departments to accomplish mutual goals between the Bank and its SPs.
