The role involves acting as an internal consultant to C-suite executives and senior faculty to guide research program planning, analyze environmental trends, and develop strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Data-savvy (or data driven) strategy thinking
- Ability to translate complex concepts, methodologies and analytics into easily understood language and visuals
- Ability to create data visualizations for senior leaders that effectively communicate complex topics and drive decision making
- Ability to conduct secondary research through the web and/or utilizing other resources.
- Advanced experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Robust analytical skills with a strong knowledge of data visualization
- Experience in the conduct or operations of biomedical or health sciences research in an academic medical center, industry or agency setting
