ProSidian seeks a Strategic Program and Data Integration Specialist to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE in a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years strategy/portfolio operations; DOE experience advantageous
- BA/BS; MBA/MPA or certifications preferred
- Systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, adaptability
- Portfolio analytics, KPI design, facilitation, BI tools
- Facility Clearance, and their subcontractors and team members proposed to perform classified work shall have a Facility Clearance
- DOE Clearance level as indicated in the Task description for the work performed
- Experience with Acquisition, Contract and Subcontract Management; and Project Planning, Control and Management Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines
Responsibilities
- Portfolio governance, data integration, KPI dashboards, stakeholder alignment
- Provides acquisition planning, contract administration, subcontract management, personal property management, real property management, industrial relations, procurement counsel, and cost analysis
- Project planning, cost estimating, scheduling, risk management, performance measurement and earned value management, and project direction support
- Develop enterprise dashboards linking cost, schedule, risk
- Assist program and project management support in daily business activities
- Portfolio analytics, KPI design, facilitation, BI tools
- Program/data integration & process improvement
Other
- Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the CO in advance is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations
- Supports leadership forums, briefings

- Security Requirements: ProSidian Team Members shall have a Facility Clearance
