Siemens Industry Software Inc. is looking for software development interns to help develop an award-winning CFD thermal simulation solution, contributing to the next generation of their product.
Requirements
- Candidates should have exposure to software development with experience designing, coding, and debugging.
- Software development process in an Agile Scrum development environment
- Software development using Visual Studio and C-Sharp
- Experience with using Git, Jira, and Bitbucket
- Operating systems: Windows
- Knowledge of Solidworks or other 3D Mechanical software
Responsibilities
- Conduct QA testing on new software
- Develop unit test(s)
- Develop new software in C-Sharp using WPF and interface design features related to the next generation product solution
Other
- Currently enrolled as a university undergraduate student
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
- Available to work 40 hours per week and be online no later than 8:30 AM.
- One class may be taken in the afternoon or evening during each semester as long as work performance does not suffer. Classes cannot be taken in the morning hours.
