The YouTube Business Product Activation Team is looking to bring product to market and market to product, scaling adoption of YouTube products across the partner and creator ecosystem, and driving growth and resource allocation for the YouTube Business Organization.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in statistical problem-solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++).
  • Experience with advanced SQL queries and spreadsheet analysis.
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience with market and partner research.
  • Experience with opportunity sizing and prioritization.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and project scoping.
  • Experience with analytics up-skilling and executive insights.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analyses to support critical questions facing the Product Activation team using advanced SQL queries and spreadsheet analysis.
  • Conduct strategy projects to provide recommendations for critical questions facing the YouTube Business organization, using market and partner research.
  • Conduct opportunity sizing to prioritize products for YouTube Business Organization activations, working with Product Activation Leads, Finance, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and project scoping sessions with subject matter experts, business users, and executive stakeholders to discover and define business analysis and reporting needs.
  • Lead analytics up-skilling, partner on strategy, and deliver impactful executive insights through storytelling.
  • Partner with a cross-functional working group to define product activation Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the YouTube Business Organization.
  • Lead development and deployment of centralized insights dashboards for Product Activation related data.

Other

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in people management (preferred).
