Google's BizOps team needs to solve thorny business challenges by finding solutions through data collection, analysis, and recommendation development. Specifically, this role will focus on shaping the future of YouTube's partnerships Go-to-Market (GTM) by leveraging AI-powered solutions to create a scalable and intelligent system for partner assignments, ensuring every partner manager is equipped to serve the right partners at the right time.
Requirements
- Experience using SQL and others to analyze datasets with the goal of delivering subjective insights.
- Experience building data models and automating reports/dashboards in a data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Understanding of applying AI/ML concepts (e.g., predictive modeling, classification, lead scoring) to solve business problems.
- Partner with data science and engineering to integrate Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) models into our partner assignment operations.
- Use advanced SQL and data analysis to proactively identify opportunities in our current segment GTM operations and develop data-driven, actionable recommendations to improve productivity and impact.
Responsibilities

- Design and build scalable, automated assignments processes and data governance to ensure our partner managers are always focused on the right partners to drive sustainable growth.
- Use advanced SQL and data analysis to proactively identify opportunities in our current segment GTM operations and develop data-driven, actionable recommendations to improve productivity and impact.
- Act as a critical liaison between our business (frontline, segment GTM design) and technical (Data Science, BizTech, Engineering) teams to ensure our solutions are aligned with business objectives.
- Present your findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Build data models and automating reports/dashboards in a data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
Other
- 4 years of experience in an analytical role such as data analytics, business intelligence, management consulting, or technical operations.
- Experience in planning, GTM or business operation combined with business acumen and a proven connection of data insights to business impact.
- Ability to work independently on project deliverables in a changing environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity.
