Requirements
- Understanding of GBO and its business channels and teams
- Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining attention to execution details
- Excellent program management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects that span alphabet’s different divisions
Responsibilities
- Lead time sensitive strategic projects for GTM by understanding context and developing a prioritized scope and approach for resolution in ambiguous situations
- Work cross-functionally with cross GTM teams such as People Operations, Sales Finance, Marketing, and Communications teams to scope, manage and execute projects
- Derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data analysis, communicate key findings to the leadership with presentations, and manage program efforts on behalf of our stakeholders
Other
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree
- MBA or Master's degree
- Excellent communication skills, to help teams
