Google's GCS organization needs to develop and implement a third-party ecosystem strategy to drive incremental sales impact and ensure alignment with go-to-market strategies and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, or business strategy.
- 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- Experience using SQL and working with large data sets to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience working in sales strategy and operations.
Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, structure and execute strategic and operational initiatives which includes developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing data, leading analyses and developing and implementing recommendations.
- Deliver on complex initiatives that are foundational elements to the Mastery team achieving its learning and business objectives (e.g., end-to-end process standardization and optimization, measurement strategy, talent strategy, etc.).
- Analyze business processes to identify potential issues and uncover/prioritize levers for improvement; influence stakeholders to implement suggested improvements.
- Structure and package your work into compelling presentations and communications that influence various audiences including executives.
- Develop, align, and execute a third-party ecosystem strategy for GCS, including partner landscape assessment, segmentation, go-to-market design.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- MBA.
- Understanding of the Small/Medium Businesses (SMB) landscape.
- Excellent executive level communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional groups and executive leadership.
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
