Google is looking to solve the problem of delivering the highest performing ads products to its advertisers by ensuring the Ads business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
- Understanding of GBO and its business channels and teams (i.e., LCS, GCS, rGTM, GST, etc.).
- Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining excellent attention to execution details.
- Excellent program management skills with, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously that span Alphabet’s different divisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead time-sensitive projects for GTM by understanding context and developing a prioritized scope and approach for resolution in ambiguous situations.
- Own technical systems, relationships, and business requirements document (BRD) end-to-end that deliver product and customer outcomes at scale (e.g., GBO's ProdPrio, Ads GTM Tooling, etc.).
- Work cross-functionally with cross-GTM teams, People Operations, Sales Finance, Marketing, and Communications teams to scope, manage and execute projects.
- Deliver insights from quantitative and qualitative data analysis; communicate key findings to leadership with executive-ready presentations; program managing efforts on behalf of our stakeholders.
Other
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Excellent communication skills to help teams move with greater speed and efficiency to big outcomes.
