gTech Ads is responsible for all support, media, and technical services for customers across Google's Ad products stack. The gTech Strategy and Operations organization ensures gTech's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly by setting strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly by setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations.

Requirements

  • Experience using business intelligence and dashboards (e.g., SQL/PLX, Pulse, Connect Sales, App Scripts).

Responsibilities

  • Drive business insights leveraging data and analyses to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build reporting automation/scale solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Ability to define project scope, key focus areas, analysis needed to uncover opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment and consensus to deliver business impact.
  • Work with executive leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Work with senior cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on project priorities, drive alignment and enable decision making.
  • Communicate findings to executive leadership in the shape of executive-ready presentations and thoughtful facilitation of strategy topics across functional teams.

Other

  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, fast ramp-up on new problem statements and opportunities.
  • Ability to leverage a passion for business strategy and operations, problem-solving skills, and the power of data to drive insights.
  • Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives, with increasing levels of responsibility and initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and create simple, compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to successfully execute cross-functionally.
