- Experience using business intelligence and dashboards (e.g., SQL/PLX, Pulse, Connect Sales, App Scripts).
Responsibilities
- Drive business insights leveraging data and analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- Build reporting automation/scale solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
- Ability to define project scope, key focus areas, analysis needed to uncover opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment and consensus to deliver business impact.
- Work with executive leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Work with senior cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on project priorities, drive alignment and enable decision making.
- Communicate findings to executive leadership in the shape of executive-ready presentations and thoughtful facilitation of strategy topics across functional teams.
Other
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, fast ramp-up on new problem statements and opportunities.
- Ability to leverage a passion for business strategy and operations, problem-solving skills, and the power of data to drive insights.
- Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives, with increasing levels of responsibility and initiative.
