Celigo is looking to drive a Go-to-Market shift towards agentic automation and needs a Strategy Director, AI to serve as the primary subject matter expert, working with customers to identify and deploy high-value AI use cases and craft Celigo's AI strategy.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the current AI landscape, including LLMs, Agentic workflows, and automation trends. You understand the architecture, not just the buzzwords.
- Strong architectural understanding of enterprise tech stacks (ERP, CRM, Data).
- The ability to craft AI-driven demos is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in sales cycles. Engage with customer CIOs and CDOs to diagnose business challenges and prescribe AI-driven automation solutions.
- Translate abstract AI trends (LLMs, RAG, Agents) into concrete business use cases for customers.
- Help them visualize the ROI of moving from static integrations to autonomous agents.
- Conceptualize and work with Celigo's technical team to build demos to illustrate complex AI use cases during customer meetings.

- Drive AI GTM Strategy: Partner with the CSO to define and execute the GTM motion for Celigo's AI portfolio, specifically focusing on the shift to Agentic workflows.
- Evangelism & Thought Leadership: Represent Celigo at industry conferences and events. Deliver keynotes and produce white papers that validate Celigo's position in the AI ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, and Marketing to align internal teams on specific AI business outcomes.
- At least 5 years of post-MBA experience in management consulting (digital transformation practice) or corporate strategy within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated experience scoping and driving digital transformation projects that delivered measurable business outcomes.
- Experience navigating partnerships with major AI vendors (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Microsoft, etc.).
- Proven ability to command a room of executives. You have a track record of public speaking, presenting to C-level stakeholders, and evangelizing complex technology.
