PDQ is looking to solve the problem of post-acquisition integration of its recent acquisition, ensuring alignment across its broader product portfolio, and driving strategic initiatives for GTM integration.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, critical reasoning, and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with team members
- High level of efficiency, accuracy and responsibility
- Interest in technology, SaaS, and/or the IT management space
- Previous internship experience in consulting, strategy, private equity, M&A integration, or revenue operations is preferred
Responsibilities
- Support post-acquisition integration workstreams
- Collaborate with Growth, Sales, Marketing and RevOps to design and refine scalable partner enablement and onboarding workflows
- Develop and document processes, related to partner evaluation
- Contribute to the creation of enablement materials to help partner managers adopt PDQ operational playbook
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional initiatives, track project milestones and ensure timely execution of key integration initiatives
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify bottlenecks, surface insights and propose recommendations to drive efficiency and growth
- Monitor key performance metrics and report insights
