An early-stage startup in the ideation phase is building an AI monitoring tool for safeguarding and preventing harm and needs to shape technology that protects people and promotes safety, while fostering responsible AI development.
Requirements
- Undergraduate student (sophomore year or above) with interest in startups and/or AI ethics
- Supreme organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn quickly and jump in
- Clear written communication skills
- Passion for technology that does good
- Research and writing (academic projects, literature reviews, research papers)
- Organizational roles (student leadership, project management, or admin work)
Responsibilities
- Conduct market, prospect, and competitive research to inform our direction
- Create and maintain prospect and contact lists for outreach
- Support the founders in staying organized and accountable to goals
- Contribute ideas as we refine and explore our model
- Take on ad-hoc projects as they come up in the early startup journey
