SSOE is seeking a Structural Engineering Co-op for Spring 2026 to assist with assigned tasks, learn department standards, and meet deadlines, contributing to the delivery of a quality product on schedule and within budget in a team environment.
Requirements
- Basic computer, Revit or AutoCAD skills a plus.
- Students must be enrolled in a ABET accredited engineering school majoring in Civil or Architectural Engineering or technically related discipline.
- Rising Junior or Senior academic year preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performs assigned tasks under close supervision of Department Manager or designee.
- Receives specific and detailed instruction.
- Basic computer, Revit or AutoCAD skills a plus.
- Learns and uses department standards, methods, and procedures respective to field of study.
- Meets various deadlines on daily duties or special projects as assigned by DM or designee.
- Occasional local travel may required for client visits.

- This position is an onsite role that requires you to work at our Toledo Office each day.
- Remote or hybrid work for this role is not available.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be registered with the Office of Professional Experience Program or equivalent.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
