Requirements
- Experience using Creo, SolidWorks, or similar modeling software to develop and evaluate design solutions.
- Foundational knowledge in structural or sheet metal design, analysis, testing, or quality.
- Familiarity with general product development methodologies.
- Basic understanding of GD&T principles and tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes including stamping, welding, casting, composite, or machining processes.
- Familiarity with engineering workflow tools such as PDMLink and SAP.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design structures and sheet metal components that meet customer needs.
- Lead design and specification development for structural and sheet metal components in new product programs and contribute to design standards and documentation.
- Support early-stage concept development through the integrated systems delivery process.
- Ensure designs meet performance, durability, cost, and schedule targets, and support validation activities including builds, testing, field evaluations and production launches.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural or Aerospace Engineering.
