Requirements
- Proficiency in back-end programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or C-Sharp
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and server management, including experience with Django and PostgreSQL preferred
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with version control (Git/GitHub)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain back-end applications and APIs
- Design and manage databases for efficient data storage and retrieval
- Implement security best practices for data protection and authentication
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and project managers
- Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment
- Apply industry best practices in coding, documentation, and version control
- Other duties as assigned

- Must be a current UVU student
- Must be available 5-10 hours per week
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
