The District's Student Information Systems (SIS) require ongoing design, development, support, training, and implementation of technology services to ensure proper functioning, maintenance, and upgrading of systems, including modifications, enhancements, and new releases. The role aims to address problems related to service performance and reliability, and to provide solutions for user needs.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, preferably C-Sharp.
- Basic level of understanding of reporting principles and practices.
- Basic analytical/technical skills to collect and prepare productivity data, etc.
- Experience developing software with Microsoft .NET, C-Sharp, JavaScript, and SQL Server technologies.
- Experience as a Salesforce administrator, and Salesforce tools; Apex, VisualForce, Form Assembly.
- Experience working with agile software development, including Scrum.
- Basic knowledge of representational state transfer (REST) application programming interfaces (APIs).

- Coordinate the installation of newly purchased products and the upgrades to existing products
