The University of Virginia is seeking a student intern to develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to streamline campus processes, improve user experiences, eliminate manual tasks, integrate systems, and provide data insights for decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Basic understanding of databases and data relationships
- Previous experience with Power Platform components
- Familiarity with SQL or other query languages
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom applications to streamline campus processes and improve user experiences
- Create automated workflows to eliminate manual tasks and integrate systems across the university
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide data insights for decision-making
- Build external-facing portals and websites for campus community engagement
- Leverage Dataverse as a data source
- Share knowledge and best practices with IT Director and team members
- Ensure solutions meet quality standards and successfully deploy to production environments
