Requirements
- Basic understanding of TikTok/Instagram style (tone, pacing, energy)
- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
- Prior experience creating UGC or short-form content (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Film TikToks/Reels based on provided scripts (no editing required)
- Follow creative direction closely while bringing personality and energy on camera
- Deliver videos on time according to deadlines
- Be consistent, reliable, and open to feedback

- You have to be currently enrolled in school or just graduated
- You have to be based in the US
- You have to be available for at least 7 hours per week
- Professional communication and responsiveness
- Serious and accountable — you show up and deliver on schedule
