Auburn University's College of Veterinary Medicine needs general IT support to manage and maintain their computer systems, including troubleshooting, imaging, setting up, and decommissioning workstations, as well as handling help desk requests.
Requirements
- background in Windows or Mac support.
- Current enrollment in Information Technology related curriculum with background in Windows or Mac Support.
Responsibilities
- IT troubleshooting, device imaging, setting up workstations, inventory, and decommissioning workstations.
- Answer Help desk calls and create service tickets using Service Now software.

- Enrolled undergraduate student at Auburn University
- Office hours 7:45am to 4:45pm, Monday through Friday. Actual work schedule to be determined weekly. Weekend hours available for special projects as needed but not required.
