Intuit is looking to solve foundational AI problems that directly influence their fintech offerings to millions of consumers and small businesses by developing innovative solutions that push the state of the art in AI while improving customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience in one area of AI (e.g., natural language processing, large language modeling, generative AI, uncertainty quantification, reinforcement learning, algorithmic foundations of optimization, or similar areas).
- Experience with developing and debugging in Python with Tensorflow, Pytorch, or similar frameworks

- research and apply the latest innovation in relevant topics to develop advanced capabilities that serve our customers’ needs, both current and future.
Other
- Currently enrolled in a PhD program in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Statistics/Applied Mathematics or a related field.
- Established track record of publication, ideally demonstrated through first author publications in top tier AI conferences ( e.g. NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, AAAI, EMNLP, ACL, AISTATS, KDD)
- Experience in dissemination of scientific work in English through paper submissions, and conference presentations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the duration of the internship
- A graduation date at least 4 months after the end of the internship
- Ability to work onsite for a minimum of 3 days per week
