Responsibilities
- working cross-functionally with a Category Manager and Suppliers to provide insights through data analytics
- communicate directly with suppliers
- actively participate in category strategic negotiations
- Complete a project that includes running analysis on historical and current data and working with an internal counterpart to ultimately improve the forward-looking profitability of Kroger
- Complete projects in a timely manner with the assistance of an Analyst and Senior Analyst mentor
- Collaborate with internal and external parties taking into account a holistic scope of the project and return actionable results from data analysis
- Complete analysis and presentations in accordance with established timelines
