- conceptualize, design, and develop innovative, high-quality solutions
- learn how Lutron operates as a company
- interface with people across different areas and levels throughout the company
- look at broad issues and identify root causes, not just quick fixes
- seek out new resources, and work hard to find the best solution for Lutron and our customers
