ALSAC is the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The Liaison Office (ALO) serves as a bridge between ALSAC and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in support of ALSAC's fundraising and awareness efforts. The internship aims to support the partnership between ALSAC and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital through internal request processes, implementation of ALSAC's tour program, and managing internal systems for tracking interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the partnership between ALSAC and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital through internal request process
  • Assist with implementation of ALSAC's tour program to create unique guest experiences for donors, partners, VIPs and volunteers to deepen engagement with the St. Jude mission, both on campus and virtually
  • Support ALO team members in development and communication of tour grids, submission of special access requests to St. Jude and communication of guidelines to ALSAC host and support teams
  • Attend planning and briefing meetings for key campus visits
  • Responsible for recapping and cascading information related to campus experience details as needed
  • Provide day of event support for campus experiences including staffing key areas
  • Identify and submit request for St. Jude faculty/staff participation in ALSAC activities, including events, filming and photography, one-on-one donor conversations and content needs

Other

  • Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college/university or May 2026 graduate
  • Passionate about our mission
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
