Regeneron is looking to solve business problems through internships in Bioinformatics, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Biostatistics, Statistics, Omics, Imaging, or related fields
Requirements
- Pursuing a Graduate degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Technology, Biostatistics, Omics, Imaging, or related majors
- Knowledge of programming languages and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with data science and machine learning concepts
- Understanding of statistical modeling and data visualization
- Experience with database management and data warehousing
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and big data technologies
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
Responsibilities
- Achieving a general understanding of what happens in our global organization
- Completing hands-on project work that has an impact on the business
- Collaborating with a specific hiring manager and other interns
- Participating in professional development sessions
- Showcasing the knowledge you gained through end of program presentation sessions
- Engaging with Regeneron leadership
- Establishing connections with Regeneron’s diverse set of employee resource groups
Other
- Enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Graduate degree
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred
- Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks
- Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or within the community is also preferred
- Must be returning to school the semester following the internship
