The Customer and Partner (CPX) Operations Intern will work closely with the CPX Operations Enablement, Communications, and/or Resourcing teams to develop interactions with customers and employees.
Requirements
- Gain skills across communication development, data-driven business decisions, change management, process improvement, and technical proficiency
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and G Suite
Responsibilities
- Create internal and external resources, visuals, and communications
- Assist with data collection and analytics for a variety of projects
- Audit internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Use a range of editing software to trim, arrange, and edit recorded video sequences
- Facilitate 1:many customer communication campaigns and engagements
- Assist with creating enablement materials for new hires
- Support and organize internal communication channels
Other
- Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Communications, Management, Business Analytics, or a related program
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on action, results, and continuous improvement
- Interest in building a career in data analytics, communication, and/or enablement
