Keurig Dr Pepper is looking to secure one of the largest beverages companies in the world by hiring a Cybersecurity Intern to work on a specific cybersecurity project, adding immediate value to KDP's cybersecurity program.
Requirements
- Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or another related field
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferable to have experience in at least one of these areas: application programming and application security, network engineering, cloud engineering / operations, identity and access management, penetration testing, vulnerability management
Responsibilities
- On a specific cybersecurity project, designed to add immediate value to KDP's cybersecurity program
- Be part of a scrum team, learning agile methodologies and how to apply them to security work
- Get hands-on exposure to leading security tools and practices
- Experience ‘day-in-the-life’ with cybersecurity professionals across a variety of domains, such as vulnerability management, end point security, cloud security, network and firewall security, OT/ICS security, identity and access management
- Learn about the beverages business and how security both protects and enables different aspects of the business
- Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
- Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment

- Must be available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter
- Must have permanent right to work in the United States
