State Farm is looking to enhance the employee experience by exploring new and emerging technologies and driving AI enablement, and is seeking interns to join the Workforce Technology - Strategy and Enablement team to contribute to this effort
Requirements
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts
- familiarity with HR software systems and tools
- ability to conduct thorough research on emerging technologies, trends in HR, and AI applications
- experience with low-code tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio
- good technical problem-solving skills
- ability to communicate complex technical topics to a range of non-technical audiences
- proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Responsibilities
- collaborate with business areas to identify AI solutions aligned with business opportunities
- develop AI solutions using low-code tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio
- manage AI use cases through the enterprise AI risk process
- conduct thorough research on emerging technologies, trends in HR, and AI applications, and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- influence change and help deliver on the mission to protect State Farm and its policyholders
- lead and affect positive change
- navigate the organization using strong soft-skills and communication
Other
- Current Sophomores or Juniors majoring in an IT degree
- students who apply MUST be returning to school for at least one semester following the summer internship
