American Family Insurance is looking for a Personal Lines Sales IT intern to collaborate with a full stack team to develop web applications that assist customers in writing new insurance policies for auto and home lines of business, directly enhancing customer service and business operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented concepts.
- Must be in student status at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship, graduating August 2026 or later.
- Must be pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD.
- Major/program must align with internship role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications.
- Utilize your understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Work with modern frontend frameworks such as React to build dynamic web applications.
- Use Git for version control and collaborate with team members.
- Solve complex problems and debug issues to ensure smooth application performance.
