ALSAC is looking for interns to assist the Project Management Office in standardizing project-related processes and facilitating the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while aligning projects with the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
- Prioritize Projects : Evaluate ongoing projects based on strategic alignment, resource availability, and potential ROI.
- Risk Assessment :Identifyand mitigate risks across the portfolio.
- Performance Tracking : Use dashboards tomonitorproject progress and performance metrics.
- Resource Allocation : Assess current resourceutilizationandidentifygaps.
- Forecasting : Predict future resource needs based on project timelines and workloads.
- Optimization : Implement strategies tooptimizeresource usage and avoid bottlenecks.
- Best Practices :Look intoframeworks like PMBOK, PRINCE2, and Agile methodologies.
