Requirements
- Tech-savvy and able to juggle multiple assignments at once.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle physical activity as outlined.
- Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including use of PPE (such as face shield and safety shoes).
- Hold a valid driver’s license (DL/CDL), with possible endorsements.
- Pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited trade school, college, or university and in good academic standing.
- Professional, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Gain on-site experience at construction sites, quarries, mines, and production facilities.
- Analyze data, develop process strategies, and contribute to capital projects.
- Take ownership of tasks that have a tangible impact on our business.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve shared goals, utilizing your knowledge and creativity.
- Create and present a capstone project to executive leadership, showcasing your achievements and insights.
- Learn regulatory compliance and safety standards that shape our industry.
- Develop skills in scheduling, project profitability, accounts receivable, and billing.

- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
