Requirements
- Major/Course of Study: Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Demonstrates Analytical Thinking, Collaboration, Learning Agility
- Available for the full duration of the internship program
- Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future
Responsibilities
- Have hands on experience and project-based work
- Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort
- Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events
- Network with your peers, your team, and those Allys you find interesting
- Lead an end of assignment presentation
- Establish the risk management program for Auto Finance
- Optimize operations and Auto Finance risk/return profile
Other
- Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full-time undergraduate program
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Available for the full duration of the internship program
- Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future
- 40 hours each week with a mix of in-office and remote working days
