QTS's Technology Services department needs to implement IT/technology solutions across the organization, requiring assistance in capturing processes, analyzing efficiencies, identifying new approaches, and developing scopes of work for various services related to data center builds and operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis and budgeting.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, etc.
Responsibilities
- Connect with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture their daily processes and procedures
- Map out said findings and analyze for efficiencies and stop-gaps
- Take holistic approach with leaders to identify advanced and new approaches
- Assist the Technology team with other day-to-day activities and responsibilities.
- Develop scopes of work for design, configuration, and commissioning services.
Other
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Current full-time enrollment in one of QTS’s partner institutions (listed below) or a affiliate school
