Enterprise is looking for university/college students to fill a Summer Management Trainee Intern position to help them build valuable business and leadership skills. The goal is to provide real-world professional experience that will help interns stand apart from the crowd and learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management.
Requirements
- Must have three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
Responsibilities
- develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles
- take care of customers
- develop marketing strategies
- build relationships with customers and coworkers
- complete intern projects
- engage in some friendly competition with your peers
Other
- Must be a current Junior or rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university with a graduation date of May 2027 at the latest
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start May 18
- Must be 18 years old
