nCino is looking to solve the problem of developing innovative software solutions that unite people, AI, and data to influence customers' success in the cloud banking industry
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, Python, or C-Sharp etc.)
- Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git
- Foundational understanding of software design principles and development methodologies through coursework or personal projects
- Academic exposure to web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with bonus points for modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Any exposure to AWS services or Salesforce platform through coursework, tutorials, or personal exploration is a plus
- Classroom knowledge, internship experience or self-study of agile/scrum methodologies
Responsibilities
- Learn and participate in the full software development process
- Use software development methodologies to quickly adapt to changes in requirements and priorities
- Implement features based on business requirements defined in tickets
- Author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and explains the design decisions made
Other
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or recent coding bootcamp graduate
- Willingness to work onsite at our headquarters in Wilmington, North Carolina for the summer program
- Full time onsite availability, from May to August
- Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills with eagerness to develop technical communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively in team environments (through coursework, group projects, or extracurricular activities)
