SharkNinja is looking to solve the problem of creating and delivering smart, connected experiences for their consumer products by managing technical roadmaps, aligning cross-functional partners, and keeping projects on track in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA).
- Basic understanding of software development life cycles and processes.
- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
- Exposure to multidisciplinary projects and cross-functional team environments is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and mobile app teams to define project scopes and objectives.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to align with overall business goals.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and bottlenecks.
- Support the triage of technical issues, ensuring timely resolution without departmental silos.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation and progress reports.
- Promote a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.

- Current student in their third year or beyond of a bachelor's program, or currently enrolled in a master’s program
- Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with 5 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a knack for connecting the dots across various disciplines.
